I suffered immensely with rosacea, for years I have paid a lot of money for different products, medication and private dermatology appointments. After reading about kefir I decided to give it a go. I am now one month into drinking 170ml a day and my rosacea symptoms have gone. The pustules have disappeared and my face is smooth. It no longer itches and does not burn or feel irritated. The redness has also significantly reduced. In addition to drinking kefir I switched to their sensitive soap and moisturiser, they do not cause any dryness, burning or itching and my whole face has benefited. In addition to the clearing up of my rosacea my complexion is overall better. I also have more energy and sleep better. I will be continue with kefir for the foreseeable future! Very good delivery and easy and Chuckling are honest about the taste - its certainly 'an acquired goaty sour taste !' However I am sticking with it, I blend with a banana and Greek yoghurt to make a more palatable smoothie. I am hoping taking 30mls in the morning and 30 mls in the PM will help my sleep, gut biome as took antibiotics recently x 2 courses and feel wiped out ! Lets hope the lovely Kefir improves my mood and energy levels and am aiming for 100mls to 170mls per day but will take some time I think.
