I left typing this review until well after the winter had passed, didn't want to jinx anything. I've been using the kefir every day for over a year now. Previously I would get "man flu" regularly over the winter months, especially around Xmas. This year, while everyone around me was coughing and spluttering and full of cold, the worst I got was a tickle in the back of my throat (which is usually the start of "man flu" for me) which was gone the next morning. The only difference in lifestyle was drinking the kefir every day. If you suffer from dry skin patches (like I used to), try their soap. It's the only soap I'll use now and I don't suffer from dry skin anymore.

I have been a ‘member’ of the Chuckling Goat Community for three years now and can honestly say that when I keep to my daily regime of a glass of Kefir I feel brighter and healthier in every way. I love the lifestyle features and have just read the Strength Training. Took to training two months ago and now in the routine and really enjoy.

I ordered the free sample of the break out lotion ..it was super quick delivery and I'm now trying it out. So far I am liking the product.
