Very impressed with the service and help we had with our Italian house sale. Everything worked as we hoped it would, which made it all a much better experience than we were expecting as the Italian banking system and bureaucracy is pretty ghastly.

My wife and I are most grateful for the way our Equals account manager managed everything about our £100k plus euro-sterling exchange on our behalf. To be honest, to folk who don't routinely do large scale international transactions it felt a little nerve-wracking at times - but they made it all very painless and took great care to explain each step carefully so we knew what to expect. The exchange rate was very pleasing and communication was excellent throughout. I can't tell you how reassuring that's been. Highly recommended.
