Issues while using Equals Money 1) Support is slow, I had mailed them about the payment reverted back to Equals money, I had requested them to refund the fees as well cuz payment was refunded by Clients 'Bank 2) Still it's 7-10 days, but Two payments were reversed back to Equals money and they had refunded but still not yet refunded the fees even after so many mails 3) Chat is Unavailable ( they've to upgrade their system and resolve customers issue fast 4) Overall it's fine sending and receiving is easy, but sometimes it takes time to Credit the money into Account

John (Styllis) was exceptionally helpful guiding me through my first GBP to ZAR forex transfer with Equals Money. Once I'd deposited the funds with EM, they moved very quickly - it was in my ZAR account almost immediately. I definitely recommend EM.

I have recently been moved from FairFX to Equals Money due to the need to make higher value payments. The new service is great. More personal. My account manager George smoothed out the transition and the early hiccups as I learnt the new system. My dedicated dealer John is alway a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. The rates John quotes are always competitive and significantly ahead of my high street bank. Payments are made promptly so my beneficiaries are happy too. I was a bit sceptical at first of the benefit of moving from the screen based system at FairFX but now I have used Equals, John and George a few times I am converted. Very happy.

Great experience, a very straight-forward onboarding process from the moment George reached out to me and dealing with John on the actual trade was straight-forward. Thanks to John being proactive and chasing me I also secured a good rate comapred to what I'd got if I'd waited another 24 hours. Transaction was processed very quickly with no issues which is important when its a large value transfer.

I used my account on the improved website to transfer funds and it was easy to follow with receipt of the payment in two days.

I can not rate this company more. I was lucky enough to have Mandip as my foreign exchange dealer. Mandip was very knowledgeable, patient and always available to discuss things. Very communicative, and caring customer care. I had moments where I was really worried about the exchange rate or how things work, as this is all new to me. But Mandip was fabulous. He totally understood and talked me through the process.

Very helpful staff and always provide good exchange rates even on the small transactions that we need to pay. Also our EU suppliers receive our payments in a very timely manner too. All the people at Equals money that we deal with are a credit to the company and their hard work looking after us is very much appreciated.
