Went to make a transfer on the Friday, pending all till Monday and now they have emailed saying closing the account and sending funds back? Waste of time no idea why and took the fees 😂 I smell something fishy.

Everything is fine but its necessary to provide the reference number everytime It's good they provide unique account number details but also should enable payment receiving without reference number then they'll become the 1st money service provider that enables and sending /receiving without reference number

Friendly, efficient, cheaper than the bank

Beverley is very friendly and efficient, the transactions go through quickly. For comparison, I sent a 3000EUR payment today, the equivalent sending the money straight from our Lloyds Business account would have been £50 more expensive.

Highly recommend! Wish I'd created an account with Equals Money earlier, Much better rate than the international bank transfers I was making. The team were really helpful getting me set-up and I'm now saving a lot of money.

Patience and understanding

I was particularly pleased with the help and assistance I received from both Lawrence Kaplin and then from George Crawley. In a situation where I was unable to complete an agreed transaction due to complications from my Bank George was understanding and patient in difficult circumstances. The problem continued for several days but was finally resolved today - hopefully to everyone's satisfaction. David Beattie
