Great Service and Very User Friendly

Great customer service with prompt replies. The portal is easy to use and very user friendly. The cards are easy to monitor with the administrator being able to set limits with ease. The spending cards can be paused with ease for the cards that are used for trips. As a school setting complies with all the processes. Definitely recommend using Equals Money for those who are thinking about it :-)

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Their compliance team totally incompetent. As a company, this bank made us lose clients and businesses but refusing us access to our funds for more than one month, despite exhausting all proofs. I wouldn’t fault Harris Shabir and John styllis, for both of them kept reaching out to the compliance team but to no avail. Whoever is in charge of that team needs a complete overhaul. Putting the bank in disrepute. Andrew Blair
