Emailed Flatbeds outlining proposed flight itinerary, following dozens of searches and failed attempts to book with various airlines online. Daina from Flatbeds contacted me the next morning with 2 excellent options, both with top airlines (ANA & JAL). Both were significantly less than I could find with direct routes. Our preferred seats were checked and confirmed within the hour. Daina issued invoice which included every detail including seat numbers. We paid invoice by EFT. Electronic tickets were issued that afternoon! Couldn’t be happier. Great attitude. Great product knowledge. Great customer service.
