Jim was absolutely fantastic Having dealt with Jim a few times now for different trips I am familiar with his high work ethic, all my needs were met or exceeded. I had a cruise/business class flight package quote from another firm , the flight component was very high , I recalled seeing an ad for flatbeds and tried them , the flights were 50% less with another very good airline. But what I really liked was the excellent customer service and attention to detail we received from the consultant Michelle. I got a bit flustered trying not to make a mistake with return dates etc , she calmly double checked my other travel plans for me so everything was correct, it was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend them.
