This brokerage doesn't even deserve a Star...Transporters please steer clear of them!! They dispatched us on a load, and it was a headache from the beginning. All of the load details were invalid. Poor Communication, Can Barely Speak English. Brokerage did not want to pay us a dry run fee or detention time even though they were clearly in the wrong. Please do you research, they have horrible eviews on Yelp, Google,BBB and Central Dispatch.

The driver walked ways because of our neighborhood having narrow streets. He picked up a day early and dropped off 2 days early. The driver was a nice young man. I actually tipped him for the great service.
