i discoverd Billo though Tiktok and i wanted to try it since I work in a e-commerce brand, I really like the transparency behind everything; timing, pricing, support answers quickly, so Im gonna be using them for other videos. A tip i would give to people who want to use Billo it so have a clear brief setup: aesthetic, look, instructions, so you get what you are looking for.

Its takes a long time to get to someone when you have a problem, due to the chat and hours. I had a log in issue and chases them around internet which got a response. After which they solved it quickly. Can't do 5 yet because I am still waiting to experience the rest of the process.

Easy to use and plenty of help articles if you get stuck. The support team is also fairly response. For videos to use in ads, this is by far the best way to scale creation efforts.

bad experience. Received my video after 9 days, with very basic quality, the creator just didn't seem to engage. Also, the customer support was one of the worst ever received, took 5 days to reply to me, they apologized and then once again took 2-3 days to get back to me. You won't see my money again.

The CS team was able to complete my request (inviting a particular creator to apply for our task) successfully! We just wish the CS response time were shorter, there is usually quite a lag but then they are very helpful.

Unbelievable if only I had heard about billo earlier the price is more than affordable the quality is just incredible the customer service is super efficient if you do E-Commerce don't hesitate go for it you won't find better.
