it was extremely slow, especially just to get the txt on there. Then it was finally handed over and some words were spelled wrong. Nearby had a space in it in big letters at Near by. I didn't even bother to wait for it because it was just atrociously slow and unclear when I would get this content

I wanted to give content creating a try and Billo is the best app for that. The customer service is amazing and the process is so simple and direct. LOVE IT!

Simple and easy. Great value. Could use some additional features but I assume that'll happen as the platform matures.

Half of the ads so far have been good! The other half have required edits. The proposed/estimated turnaround times have been slower than usual. In one case up to double with no proactive communication or valid explanations. The turnaround time for edits has been extremely slow as well (we still have not received the first edits from a week ago).

The concept is good, but their execution is bad. Very poor quality of service. The creator reels looked good and then the actual video they produced was so bad. Poor video and audio quality. No quality control.

Monika is always friendly and gives excellent support. This particular time her responses were quick and resolved all my issues. She is fantastic and I enjoy working with her.

Great and easy way to make extra cash, some companies should be more specific so there is much kickback.

I'm really surprised of the content I got for my store. The content creator shows a lot of energy in the TikTok video and the way he record the ad was crazy. I'm 100% satisfied of what I got. Thank you!

they just upgraded their app, much faster - love that! if only they can get videos approved from companies faster, that would be great! good update billo! keep at it!
