It's the great customer service for me. The billo team is always on it. When ever you have a question or concern they take care of it around the clock. Although I have a small business (for now) they make me feel like NouvoBody is a huge brand and I'm a VIP client. I love that! Monika has been wonderful with my latest experience in ordering testimonial ads. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had and although she originally helped me with my first task, she didn't even hesitate to assist with a new order. Great customer service overall!

I like the video I received but it took over 2 weeks to receive it. Also I had a hard time opening the download on my iMac. I'm also having difficulty using it in a FB ad.
