It’s a great app a little slow at times but a great app.

Billo has given me financial freedom after losing my small business to covid. The operators are so nice, and incredible to work with. I never thought I’d be creating videos, but here I am, with a big chunk of money from doing just that. Billo is AMAZING!

I started Billo as a side gig and LOVE it. I didn’t think I would get many reviews but quickly became busy. The team are always so helpful and kind. It’s been such a positive experience for me and I highly recommend it!

I have truly enjoyed this app and all of the customer service. The team is sooo kind and helpful. I could never do all of this without the teams help and support. The only thing I wish I could see is the ability to reject a task. I’m OCD and it drives my mind crazy to see all the option to claim that do not fit what I can do. Thank you all for everything

Brands needs to put more details on tasks for us creators. How to pronounce their brands name and what kind of energy they want - chill or super enthusiastic. Other than that, Billo customer service have Been above and beyond.

This app has been a lifesaver for me! It has helped me tie some loose ends financially many times. The only issue I would have is keeping at the income consist rate. Also there needs to be more control on the brands and how they interact with the creators. There’s been many instances where some brands just didn’t have any respect for the process. I did three edits on their video, and in the end they decided to request a refund. It’s a waste of time to work with a brand that is not working well with the creator. There’s nothing on the app that controls the brands in the number of edits they request.

Great Product! Excellent service

I used Billo and had a great experience. I was happy with the quality of video that was created, the excellent customer service, price point, and user-friendliness of the dashboard. I loved that the platform allowed you to really detail and communicate the goals of the video you want created. I will definitely be using Billo again for more videos. Highly recommend.

I have loved working as a content creator for billo. I love the kindness and quick communication with all the operators, the ability to start and stop tasks, and consistency it provides. It’s perfect supplemental income for me and works with my ever changing lifestyle. I love my job!
