Uh hands down my favorite app yet! It’s fun, alluring, empowering, a great way to build self esteem. All while helping up and coming brands get their names and products to the public at an affordable cost. The Billo app is full of perks like....the privilege to try and test new products and make a little money while doing so. It takes a couple seconds of your day, it’s easy to use, and the ladies that run this app go above and beyond for an overall hands down 5 star experience.

I am really satisfied with Billo and their content creators. I was skeptical at first but now I'm glad I gave it a try. I would definitely recommend Billo to any business. If your concern is how quickly will the creators finish the content, once your product ships and the creator receives it Billo gives them 5 days to complete the content so there is some urgency. I will be using Billo again and again

I work for a small pet supplies e-commerce business and we so wanted Billlo to work for us but no matter how we worded things, we never got exactly what we wanted. You would think that if you were going to make a video about pet supplies, that you would have a pet in your video, but 3 out of the 5 videos we paid for didn't have pets. We thought that would be common sense. Before signing up for Billo, I even reached out to their customer support and asked if they had creators with pets for pet supplies and I was assured there would indeed be creators with pets. One video we requested edits to eventually gave us a pet, but it wasn't the right pet (we wanted a guinea pig or hamster and we got a rabbit). One woman applied to our "task" of making a video about our mini dog tennis balls and she didn't even have a dog! For the last task we created, I specifically said do not mention anything, just show your dogs playing with this product, and then come to find out later when reviewing the video (which had mentions) the people working for Billo kept telling the creator to add sound, even though we didn't want any. I do not feel the people running Billo are competent enough to give their customers what they want for businesses in the pet supply industry. We won't be using them again.

I've been waiting for my video to get made for the last 16 days. This company is very unprofessional and has no sense of emotional intelligence.
