Its a good experience out of the first 3 creators I hired. The first two was easy and seamless, but the 3rd creator had so many issues that I ended up waiting more than a month and still unable to do the task. When reaching out for customer service they were able to help and refund my money from the 3rd task. So I am able to hire another one. What I just find inconvinient is that there is no way that I can reach or message the creator. If you have any issue or something I have ti always go thru a third person from the company...which causing alot of delay due to communication barrier. I wish there is a in-app messaging that the your company and the creator can use to communicate. If they are afraid of anything for not giving the creatoes details.. they could atleast set some sort of guidelines. Over all, I will use the app to get creators for my brand due to convinience...esp for me who still have a part-time job and dont have time to create videos.

Vast selection of creators available. Supportive staff members. Easy and interactive user interface. The only thing id request to improve is the delivery times. Other than that highly recommended for any business looking for ad creation.

The app is pretty simple to use. Shortly after I submitted my job description on board, a bunch of influencers applied to my gig! I liked the part that I get to choose who I wanted to hire to do the video. Their staff are also pretty responsive. I would give it a five stars rating, but my influencer took forever time to record the video.

The best UGC platform out there. The prices are cheap and most importantly the creators are amazing and the customer support was awesome as well. They answered all my question within a reasonable time and met all my need with the videos. 110% recommend 😊
