Worst unresponsive customer service ever experienced.

Terrible waste of money. Had a creator steal product and not complete the job, Billo offered to refund my credits, then offered the cost of the product, not what I could of sold it for + shipping costs. So lost money on the first job as all I got was credit back. The creators are very average, that produce low grade content, and barely any to choose from, I guess that's why they make you sign up before you can see the creators.

Our experience with Billo has been great so far. We would suggest that there would be an option as a drop down to choose creators based on their expertise, such as automotive, motorsports, outdoors etc. This would help streamline the process of making sure that we choose the correct creator based on our specific needs. We would also suggest that perhaps there was a "contact creator" option before choosing them to ensure that they are in fact, the correct fit for our content.
