Very honest company & professional staffs! Definitely the best car hire company I've ever used. Rented an Aygo for 7 weeks. All process was quick & smooth. No hidden cost. I needed to extend the hire. It was done with just a simple call then everything was sorted. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Always have a 'First' class experience with First. Never ever less than a 5 star service. They sorted me out at the last minute this time and extended my hire at the last minute as well. Been using for years and will continue to do so. Want to hire a car or van, DON'T look elsewhere.

This company lives up to its name "FIRST ". The day before our holiday to Yorkshire our car developed serious problems. We urgently needed a car so we were recommended to try this company. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was most helpful and went out of his way to help. The following day I collected the car, a brand new spotless Ford Fiesta. I was really amazed at the service received. Everyone I spoke to at the company were very friendly and professional. We hired it for 7 days and we hope to use this company again in the future. Great company with great service. Borrowed a van for the day (during the fuel crisis) and the team were great and helpful. Got my van sorted in less than 10 minutes (when I have hired from other companies before I have been waiting around up to a hour) Dropping it off I had the same experience. Really great and friendly team working here, would use again!

Really happy with my experiences with this company! I've had 2 vans in the past but recently had to hire a car from them with less than 24 hrs notice. It was immaculate and very well prepared! The staff are all very friendly and highly professional! To top it all off their prices are very competitive! Wouldn't consider going anywhere else next time I need to hire a vehicle!
