I ordered an Scientific Explorer 82 degrees 6.7 mm lens. It was not currently in stock so I emailed them to enquire about delivery dates. I received a response promptly but still needed more information and phoned to talk to them. They were most helpful and updated me over a period of time because the delivery was delayed. When the package arrived, it was well wrapped. I have bought it as a Christmas gift so cannot comment on the actual item at the moment. The service and personal touch have been most reassuring and helpful.
