Pathetic Service

Order was placed on 23 Dec to be delivered on 27 Dec. I sent 4 email and no one bothered to reply. I made several calls and no one picked up my phone. Finally someone received my calls after several attempts and told me that order has been cancelled because of unavailability of the item and refund will be issued next morning. It’s almost 4 days and there’s no information from them. I have again sent an email with the hope they will reply. Why did they take the order, if item wasn’t available in stock ? Why don’t they reply to my emails ? Why don’t they pick up phone ?
