Fantastic company, helped me get the telescope I wanted for the cheapest price on the Internet, great communication and sent out quickly. Only bad point is the use of dpd delivery firm, they are utterly incompetent and took three deliveries to finally get package, despite fact I was sitting by window waiting on delivery every time. This is not the fault of Rother Valley, although I would hope they move to a more competent company, for their own good.

Great customer service and prompt delivery

. Service poor.company doesn't care about customers. About 3 years ago I purchased bathinov mask (faulty 2 instead 3 wholes) ,I was told to make 3 rd whole by myself. Recently I bought telescope. Again faulty. This time focuser. I've been asked to make the video how it's broken. No one said sorry,and they tried avoid return. 3 days I spent for stupid emails and phone calls. Finally I fixed it by myself and after that I never going to buy something from rvo ,before they post telescope ( never check is packed and working correctly)

Ordered a scope, mount and camera in a head rush moment, without smoothing the way with the light of my life first. Deathwish. Contacted RVO and they cancelled straight off, friendly, no questions asked. Will definitely order same again from them, now the ice has melted, and wifey has mellowed.
