From placing the order to receiving the telescope took 24 hours, excellent response. I was informed by email when the telescope would arrive, tracking was available and was not disappointed.

Bought a Telescope online and realised that I could find it cheaper. Rother Valley Optics accepted to match the lower price. Telescope delivered in a couple of days. Excellent service, highly recommended.

What an amazing experience. Adam was great on emails before buying, put up with my incessant questioning to find the right scope. It was this friendly & helpful nature that sealed the deal I was going to order from Rother Valley. It's quite easy for companies to send goods the next day, if in stock. It's if something does go wrong with an order that companies have the chance to really shine. Sadly the mount on the scope wouldn't connect via WiFi. I contacted Adam the next day who took ownership of the issue, suggested some steps to take which sadly didn't work, so he contacted the manufacturer to work with them to see what they could do. Adam got the manufacturer to get a new mount, update the firmware and send to me. Within 3 days I had a new mount delivered, which works as it should and the old mount collected to be returned... at no cost and very little effort from me. Things go wrong sometimes - it happens, there's no need to stress about it. It was how Adam dealt with the issue that gave me huge confidence in Rother Valley and I will no hesitate to use them again and recommend to others. Brilliant experience. Shame it's been cloudy almost exclusively since!

Fantastic You Tube videos and really helpful advice for beginners. One of my items was out if stock so they called with an alternative to check before sending my delivery and everything arrived really quick and packaged very carefully. First class and will use again!
