10/10 was delivered within 2 days. The last company I tried held my 2 grand for over 60 days with no email to say stock was delayed or anything. Not even a courtesy email to say when I would have it or them have it in stock which is very unprofessional in my eyes. Rother Valley optics is the way forward. Will definitely use all the time now and highly recommend over others.

I could not have wished for a better service. The eyepiece was ordered 1 day and delivered the next. And it gave excellent results on the sun and Jupiter and Saturn.

Even although they are three miles away, Covid meant I placed an online order to collect. Easy ordering, very knowledgable staff and friendly when collecting. Can’t wait for the shop to be open for viewing, it’s like Aladdin’s cave in there.

Item not in stock. Them when it was, it was despatched on Friday afternoon, arriving early on Monday morning. For some reason, the price match guarantee did not apply to this order.
