RVO gave a good service in delivering the Polemaster tracker device. This is a specialist device for telescopes so not widely available. I did try to buy from a international seller but they refuse sales to UK buyers because of the VAT. Therefore had to pay the full RRP for this item.

Roy Barber was very helpful and Adam Khatib processed my order promptly. I would certainly recommend Rother Valley Optics to anyone getting into astronomy.

Generally good service and item arrived within a reasonable time. Package showed signs of damage but couldn’t determine whether this was as sent or probably due to careless handling by courier. No warning signs on packing to say fragile and this was a planetarium with glass and moving parts so was quite surprised at that.

Great service and very helpful. Delivered next day. iOptron with iPolar is a great little device which I have managed to connect to my macbook without any issues thanks to the help of Rother Valley Optics
