Louise and Maria have been excellent in finding replacement tenants for my semi detached in Cheam. The property was only empty for 14 days despite a challenging market environment. Both were on the case and politely pestering me for paperwork and signatures to meet deadlines. Wouldn’t use any other agents locally.

Beware of the Morden branch. They placed me in a flat that was owned by a greedy and unscrupulous landlord who invented non-existent damage and deducted a ridiculous amount from my deposit for “repairs”, i.e. £10 to fill a couple of pin holes where I had hung pictures on the wall. They will also not rent property to people who receive any kind of benefits even if they are working full time which is pure discrimination.
