The whole transaction ran smoothly from start to finish. The car buyer James was courteous and efficient and the collection service was on time and exactly as described. The money was in my bank account after agreeing to proceed within 15 minutes. The price was better than other online buyers, I also think it was a fair price both ways as our car was in really good condition. Think most people think this type of selling you will always get the price quoted reduced when they see the car, well I did. What a surprise to be treated like a human being, everything explained in a manner that was easy to understand, the person I dealt with was Karl Walton, exceptional, took me through the whole process from start to finish. Think the most important bit is to be honest when telling them about your car, I was, but still nervous on the day of pick up, but all went well, got the amount they had quoted, money in my account about 5 minutes latter, so if you are thinking of selling your car, give them a chance, you might be surprised, £1500 more than the annoying advert one. Would definitely use again.
