I got a valuation from the website on a Sunday and a call from Karl on the Monday when the offices opened up. Agreed a price with Karl and that's what I got when they collected the vehicle on the Wednesday. The collection team are very thorough, and it is best to be honest when you describe your car if you want the agree value honouring. All contact with Best Car Buyer and the logistics team was friendly and professional. BCB also handle sorting out DVLA. Will use again if I ever have another car to sell.
