Rubbish service, waste of time but thankfully car was sold at approximately my asking price on the same day through a simple social media selling place. Best car buyer tried to knock a grand off just for a few minor scratches! Avoid.

Superb end to end service provided by Ian High at BestCarBuyer. Ian was very responsive in contacting me and providing a local appointment. I received an excellent price for my car and believe me I had been given quotes by at leat 6 companies. The money was in my bank account within 10 minutes!

I would choose to sell with this company again as, compared with other market leaders, I a) received a fair price and b) did not suffer from a time wasting and humiliating experience of being bartered down due to ‘faults’ (hello arnie shark). Communication was good throughout and I was not burdened by paperwork. I received payment quickly on the day whilst the uplifter was present and shortly after received the email from dvla with necessary notification. Altogether I am happy with the service and found everything to be quick, efficient and professional.

Faultless experience with this company. Dealt with Lauren mainly on the initial stages. She was great to deal with on email and on the phone. Very understanding, professional and prompt to reply to any queries. No quibbling over agreed value, and collection service was excellent. Vaughan came to collect vehicle, did all necessary checks and no issues at all. Payment was prompt to both finance company and equity balance to ourselves, less than 20 minutes. 10/10 service and would fully recommend.

Quite impressed, sold my car, no hassle. No upload of photos of car. The original price was higher but when they call back and go through service history and condition of car the final price they quote is the price you get as long as you are honest. They take age of car into consideration and wont nitpick at minor damages. Tried other car buyers and bestcarbuyer seemed best. Webuyanycar the worst experience. Will use BCB again.
