On the day, it took 15 mins from my car being picked up to receiving the money and my finance being paid off. Would highly recommend if I was ever looking to sell another car.

An outstanding experience overall. Ricky Jagger was fantastic all the way through the car selling journey. I sold 2 cars was provided honest feedbck regarding the cars and prices agreed. The cars were then both inspected and the original values agreed and payment was in the account within 15 minutes. The collection of the cars was even delayed so to coincide with my new car delivery. I was a little unsure to start off with, then I read the reviews so thought I'd have a look , put my car details in and was completely honest about its condition 2013 bmw 1 series 123719 miles on the clock, all the age related marks, I then got a price back straight away, which in all fairness was a good price, I then had a phone call off Lauren and she was completely honest, polite and professional, she talked me through the process and agreed the price £2000, I asked if it would get haggled when I take it and she said providing I've been honest then no, I was still a bit apprehensive when taking my car to the lincoln garage , I got there and within half hr I was out of the door , they checked the car to make sure it was what I said it was, filled out some paperwork no hassle no haggling paid me £2000 and off I went , the service from start to finish was friendly, professional, honest and easy. Selling my 3y old Golf. Excellent experience. I had exchanged emails with Ian and I had provided photos, showing condition of car including dents. The price agreed was indeed a genuine offer and was honoured. On the same day I received a notification from DVLA (acknowledging the sale) and the balance payment in my account (they paid the outstanding finance to VW). Thank you!
