I have only been using the shakes for a week so i cant say how effective they are but i can say that they are delicious

Very filling for a meal replacement but only used for a week so far so waiting to see results

Been following the plan so far for 2 weeks have lost 7lbs dont feel hungry most of the flavours are very nice not keen on hazelnut found it very sweet but over all very pleased with the plan have used my own low cal.meals in the evening and still Lost

Great shakes love them all losing weight fast but drink plenty of water if helps with the weight loss

Really liked the taste, I think it's because they have alot of sugar. My blood suger was quite high after drinking the shakes.
