Easy to order, quick to arrive, shakes are really nice. One negative, don't like the current bars, preferred the previous choice. Still 5 star *****

Ordered my shakes and they were delivered within days. I'm only on my second day but the flavours I have had so far I have enjoyed and find the shakes filling. Fingers crossed I can lose some weight and I'll b ordering more very soon.

I followed the plan for 7 days only lost 2lbs. I enjoyed it but have now cut down to one shake a day and see how I get on. Swimming twice a week and aqua aerobics twice a week is my exercise for the week.
