Great interaction with Tracy. Made initial enquiry about stock levels. Subsequently placed online order. Then had phone call again from Tracy to advise that one item was on back order and would not be available for a few days. Agreed to delay delivery until all items were in stock. Had further phone call with Tracy to let me know there had been an unexpected delivery including the item I was waiting for. Everything would be packaged and dispatched the same day.
