Great, responsive service and fast shipping

Adam from CertifyMyDog helped me alot - I needed certification documents shipped urgently to Israel, for a flight with my dog to medical treatments abroad. I've ordered "Delux Service Dog Package"and used USPS shipping. Unfortunately, entire package was lost somewhere along the way, and USPS cannot locate it. As I still needed those shipped urgently to Israel, I contacted Adam on the matter - He handled this immediately, offered another expedited shipping via DHL this time, and the package made it to Israel within 2 days. *If you ship to Israel, DO NOT USE USPS, DHL Only!* As they have local delivery center here and couriers of their own. i didnt recieve the dog tags or the collar that was supposed to come with it. Other than that the vest is a tad to big but all looks amazing all the way to the key chain id mini cards
