Great customer service!

This is a guy who left a great review after my package went missing. Once this company had my “Good” Review… they SH*T on me. Service dog certification of America does not honor their 100% guarantee. (No matter what there website says). When I explained, I never received my package, they wanted to charge me additional funds to resend the package. I told them this was unacceptable as I had already paid for expedited mail services. When I asked for a refund, I was told I would only receive a partial refund not the full amount I was charged. VERY DISAPPOINTED in these jokers!!!
