This was very easy to do and I received my servic dog's license quickly. I highly recommend!!

I called at 6pm on a Friday eve and got a call back within the hour! I spoke with Adam who was beyond helpful and efficient and went above and beyond to answer my questions and get me my digital ID card and certificate for my dog within 24hrs! He even said to call back when I fly with any questions on the paperwork that I may have to fill out since I am new to the process. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs this service! 5++++ stars and above

The name was wrong on the ID, there were no way to close the vest around my puppy and she is a ESA animal not a. service dog, her.label on her vest said service it was supposed to say ESA. I will be.sending.back the whole. package. Thank*you her name is ZoeMon'ae
