I still have not received the id card. I emailed you and did not receive reply. I got a downloadable pdf of service dog info, but no PHYSICAL ID CARD! Please send me a tracking number, still not received! Please resend. Thank you so much. The new card arrived today.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was about one week. I ordered an Xsmall for my Maltese and it was too big. So I ordered an xxsmall to replace it. Chris at this company telephoned me to make sure everything was taken care of and offered me a custom fit for dog. So I sent them a photo of my dog wearing the xsmall with measurements I am very happy with the service. I am glad you are on line to give out information about service dogs.

I had a question and called their number about 10 pm one night and expected to get an automated message. To my surprise, a REAL person answered the phone and he helped me! Now that is service!! I was referred to SDCA by my sister-in-law who also had a great experience.
