I strongly recommend AVOIDING this service. A self-made certificate and "registration card" were sent (granted, those were sent promptly). The card even has a typo on it, which is a clear indication that it is nothing of official value. Indeed, our landlord wanted to verify with the professional who prescribed the ESA, and that's when the folks from SDCA simply disappeared. Not answering phone calls, emails, nothing. I tried looking up the registration on their website with the "registration ID" they "issued" the dog, but it turned up as nothing. I'd say you get what you pay for but for that to be true, I would have had to pay ZERO. Their services are useless and their online statement of "100% satisfaction guarantee" is meaningless.
