Hi My name is David and I’m a first time hearing aid user I live up in the Northern Territory and I got my audiologist report and doublechecked but found the hearing aids on the market and how many there were was very confusing to me this is when I got in touch with hearing Australia the gentleman I spoke to was Lockland and I must say he was very helpful in comparing brands for me and what was what in the hearing aid world although it worked out that I could get a deal more suitable to my needs up here in Darwin locally I wouldn’t have been able to come to that decision without the expert advice that here in Australia offered me this is why I give them a five star rating because they offered me free advice and help me make a decision without trying to sell me a product They gave me their pricing and recommendations and totally agreed with my decision to stick to my local dealer where I can go in and see him rather than a remote service this would’ve been a better option if I was a Experienced end user but we both agreed on my decision thank you hearing Australia and thank you Lockland for the advice you have given me in the future I would definitely come back to you guys and I would definitely recommend to anybody else thanks and kind regards David Bally

Very happy with my aids.

My audiologist, Taylor, did a great job on the testing, and explained how and why all tests were done. She also explained the options she would recommend for me. However, not until questioned was it revealed that the company was owned by Widex, the manufacturer of the recommended aid. I was assured that this was the best option for my hearing loss, and indeed, I know Widex have excellent reviews. But in an ideal world I’d like to have been presented with examples from other brands. To be fair, I could have insisted but didn’t. At my fitting, it was less satisfactory. I was told a second audiologist would be sitting in. I believe I should have been offered the option. I wouldn’t have refused but I think choices should be offered. The kicker was when the young audiologist was demonstrating the technology and showed me the charger. Picking up the plug she explained, “This is a plug. The prongs go into the socket and you.can recharge your aids”. I’m afraid my response was, “No * Sherlock”. I understand that some people are not tech savvy, but really, a plug? It’s funny that this should stick in my memory when so much of the experience was positive. But a little coaching might reinforce the point that the elderly are old but do post date electric plugs. My aids have improved my hearing drastically. I love that I can adjust them via my phone app. Such luxury.

At every level

At every level, the response and service received, and continuing to be received from Precision Hearing, through communications from Dr.Olivia Galioto,is best described as excellent. All alternatives were provided with full explanations. The results are satisfactory and, I believe, probably come close to my expectations, except in those circumstances where background noise is an irresolvable issue. You may use this as a public testament.

disappointed that thay would not allow…

disappointed that thay would not allow me to trail a tv connector, it was the only thing that stopped me from buying the hearing aids as thay were good.

New Hearing Aids having great result

I was impressed because I had the opportunity to have a free trial of a new style of hearing aid from Hearing Choices and the clinic to which I was referred. At the clinic I found the Audiologist and assistant to be informative, efficient and very helpful. The hearing aid is marvellous, especially because I now do not have to worry about batteries but can charge the hearings aids overnight. As well, I have an app on my phone where I can adjust the volume etc.

You suggested Bloom Hearing @ I found them to be very professional and easy to work with ,Just what I was looking for , not tied to any one company, so there for able to provide the ones most suited to my needs .

I've already done one review in which I said that it took a while for H Ch. to find where in Queensland Stanthorpe is located, but once that happened all went well and is now concluded satisfactorily.

I was quite happy with the audiologist…

I was quite happy with the audiologist. Lady was very frendley and helpful. It was bit hard to find because no street signage and I would expect to have cabin for testing and not just headphones testing. Outside noise was distracting.
