I am a healthy 67 senior and followed through an ad I saw on Facebook. appointment was arranged for a hearing test which was conducted at Bloom Southport - 1st meeting I was advised to have my ears syringed due to build up.of wax. Subsequent visit was very professional conducted with understanding and empathy (not just clinically) Follow up fitting and demo trial was again very professional - same specialist 'Kris' who is great. Currently using my new Widex Moment M220 Hearing Aids on a 2 week trial with good results. The App connectivity and device control via the phone is exceptional and an intuitive user experience. My only issue is that using the Android App for Google Pixel Phone doesn't allow in-ear Bluetooth connectivity rather it requires a secondary intermediary device which is very dissappointing and a sadly deal breaker for me unless there is a guaranteed upgrade pathway.

Really very happy with Nick and crew at Mandurah forum branch.Adjusted my existing devices to the best ever,got rid of tinny,echoey,sound and sounds much better.Yet to go out into crowded situation,but hopeful for a good result there too.
