One of the absolute worst buying experiences I’ve ever had. Firstly, it was meant to be a Christmas gift. I ordered it with plenty of time for it to get here. What arrived? A fireman ornament I never ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. Then, support had the AUDACITY to make me proved they scammed me, once I provided proof they then said they’d send out what I ordered. Now it is December 26th, a day after Christmas and the last update I have on my correct order is processing began Dec. 13th. Since then? Not a peep. This place is either a scam or has some of the worst customer service ever. And since doubling back and getting ZERO response on my order they’re audacious enough to send me some fake email asking about my support request from “the CEO” LMAOOOOO. JOKE of a brand.

Very cheap plastic and just a sticker on 1 side. Highly over priced this 50 dollar key chain cost less than a dollar to make.

I absolutely LOVE the ornament I ordered! It’s beautiful, great quality, and exactly what I ordered! They gave me two ribbons and twine to tie it up on the tree! Very pleased and will likely order again in the future.

I ordered a customized house-divided ornament and let me tell you, it was perfect. The craftsmanship and quality of the ornament were top notch. I couldn't wait to put it up on the tree. I'll order again from this company.

The product itself is a little underwhelming from the picture, and shipping was a little slow. but my daughter and son in law liked it a lot.

Great idea, but they need quality control. I wish I could give it a better review because everything up until receiving it was fine. It just came out looking sloppy. The edges are rough and cloudy, there was a chip in the plastic on the top front and a smear that looks like glue on the lower front at the feet.

I purchased a custom Christmas ornament after seeing an advertisement on Instagram. I did not receive any update on my order until I contacted customer service weeks later. When it finally arrived the "ornament" was huge. The size of my face. It did not look as advertised on Instagram. It is definitely not something you could hang on a Christmas tree.
