my friends are huge football fans of 2 different teams-i knew they would like that for the xmas tree

It was a really good product, but not that great the communication. They gave me a tracking link that never updated and it looked fake, but I did got my package

The item came in exactly as ordered. The quality was great! I would use this company again.

Update! Haha a Christmas miracle! Thankful these randomly showed up Christmas Eve. Lesson is they are coming from China so the tracking isn't the best but the product is wonderful! So sad! Still haven't received my order and I even reached out to customer service and no reply. Click on tracking and it says nothing at all. Thought my online tracking of reviews was going to be successful 😕😞. More bummed that my daughter actually designed these for all her family members than anything else

I ordered 2 of the keychains and never even received them I ordered them November 20 hoping they’d be here by Christmas or before but nope I was met with nothing

I ordered 3 ornaments. Stated it was shipped and delivered 12/18. Only 1 item came. Emailed 3 times asking about the other 2. No response to any emails. Spent almost $80 and only received 1 item. Update: I finally received communication and I received my other 2 items. Unfortunately it was after Christmas, but at least they arrived. All 3 items were really cute and a big hit. Overall, the issues are shipping and receiving, the items are nice and look just like the pictures.

Ordered two ornaments at the beginning of December. Received a totally wrong shipment (one item, wrong item, wrong customization) the week of Christmas. Then received an email saying the production files on my order had been messed up, and while they would create and ship my correct order at no charge, it obviously would not arrive in time for Christmas. Since my order was Christmas ornaments, that makes the items pretty much useless at this point.

I ordered 2 pontoon boat ornaments on Nov 15, 2024. Only 1 of the 2 showed up. I contacted customer service and was told to wait the other one could be in a different shipment.. So, I did just that and still have not received my second ornament. I have exchanged emails back and forth for a month now. Homacus keeps asking for a photo of the packaging, which we no longer have. Since I was told to wait on the second package to arrive. Today is December 23, 2024

Looks great! Design printed on both sides was a nice surprise. Very happy with the look of the ornament. The shipping did take awhile so plan ahead.
