The ornament met my expectations. Had no issues ordering or receiving it.

The ornament is adorable and personalized. It comes with aplastic covering to protect the writing. Hr loves his holiday gift.

I haven’t opened the ornament all the way but from what I could see it looked accurate.

It turned out perfect! I actually spelled the name wrong on the order, so I sent an email requesting it be changed and the emailed me back right away the next day and got it corrected. Would order again!

Ordered a custom ornament for my parents. 49ers and Packers fans. I hope they love it. It’s super cute. Ordered a family and pets marvel custom ornament. Awesome selection I love it so much! Only suggestion is to have different sizes for kids and pets. My 9 year old son is bigger than my 13 year old daughter and our 90lb bernedoodle is the same size as our 14lb mini schnauzer. Otherwise it’s awesome! Cute graphics!

Never received ornament. I complained to company support and asked for another one to be shipped. I think this company is fraudulent as they won't help customers. Paid $30 for an custom ornament.

I threw it in the garbage because your company refused to let me return it for a refund and I was too embarrassed to give it as a gift as I had planned.
