The service we received was outstanding from start to finish.

The driver of the vehicle joined the right lane (Fast lane some call it) immediately after joining the A4146 from the roundabout that joins onto Wing road, and although the left lane was clear albeit a Clark contracting tipper lorry around 200 yards in front on the left hand (Slow lane) the driver outright refused to move over to the left hand side and allow other road users to pass. He continued to use the right-hand lane until the next roundabout where he was turning right and by that time, he had single-handedly made the dual carriageway very congested as he was travelling around 56MPH when the limit for non-HGV's is 70mph. Sheer ignorance!! Secondly, the driver was driving extremely erratically and continued to swerve between both lanes? I'm not sure if this was a ploy to stop other road users under taking (Which again is illegal and no other driver dared too) But it felt as though he was trying to eradicate this happening? Lastly, considering the driver is driving a sign written lorry, you'd have thought that he would conduct himself professionally whilst driving his employers' vehicles? This wasn't the case. The driver was waving and goading into the mirror and was sticking his arm out of the window effectively taunting and laughing the cars behind him at the fact he was holding the traffic up? It might be funny to him, but maybe if he was focusing on the road he wouldn't have been swerving in/out of both lanes and wouldn't have been considered a danger to other road users that could've had serious implications. Having been working within transport for over 30 years and holding my international transport managers CPC and being in charge of a fleet of over 50 vehicles at a major furniture delivery distribution, I don't think I have ever witnessed something so unprofessional from an employee representing their employer in my career. I have emailed the company but have not had a response as yet...
