I found the whole experience from beginning to end first class

From start to finish Stephen’s were amazing ! Tracey was great in the office . Excellent communication and information We had a 2 day move from Bedfordshire to Norfolk They came and packed up everything efficiently and took great care of our belongings . Then came back the following morning to pack bed / fridge and freezer, giving us a rest overnight ! They were back prompt the following morning ! Great bunch of blokes , So hardworking! Unpacked in Norfolk put everything in the right place - nothing too much trouble They might not be the most competitive quote on the market but they are So worth it . We used them 28 years ago and their service is as good as last time I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

From our first contact with Stephens Removals was positive, they understood all our needs & gave good advice b4 we even booked them , so they was top of our list of the 3 companies we contact once we exchange & they sure did deliver on packing day & moving day they took the worry & stress off us, I would recommend them to anyone.All the lads were very patient & experience & professional, they even could see how stress we was at one point and told all the staff to give us a break to clear our minds lol but that was very helpful, even after our move a week b4 xmas we had so.much boxes they came and took a load of boxes away b4 they shut down for Christmas thank you all at Stephens Removal

The two movers went above and beyond with our move, my husband was rushed into hospital on day of move so I just had to leave them to it, when I got back they had put all my furniture in place sorted my fridge freezer and thougfully put boxes in so I didn't have to keep moving everything about. Would recommend them to any of my friends.
