The removals team were polite , courteous efficient and thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble.

For the date - Stephens were really accomodating with changing dates and short notice move. On the day - they were very professional and helful, and made a stressful day (exchanging) and lot easier.

Every person i dealt with was polite and helpful. Happy with the quote and all went smooth on the day, the crew were hard working and nothing was to much. Only 4* due to a couple of minor bumps BUT i am happy as this should be expected and I could easily fix.
