Despite the different challenges arising from Covid restrictions, the administrative service ahead of the move was excellent including supportive telephone calls ensuring that packing was on track. Our removal process involved some furniture being held in storage and arranging this 2 days ahead of the move was extremely helpful. The removal team were both knowledgeable and flexible to meet our needs. Stephens were recommended to us and we would have no hesitation in recommending there services to others.

Exceptional from start to finish. The customer care was fantastic and helpful throughout in what was a tricky and lengthy sale process. The removal men on the day brilliant and a joy to work with. Most importantly, with not a scratch put on any item. Having used three removal companies in recent years (some awful) I now wouldn’t use any other firm in the future other than Stephens.
