The guys that moved us were amazing, very quick and efficient, taking care not to knock walls and stairs and lorry loaded up all by lunchtime. Would definitely recommend Stphens removals. Most of our furniture went into storage and the rest transported 200 miles away. No problems and no worries all ran like clockwork. Job well done guys, would definitely use again if needed.

The staff arrived early they were so polite all day and very helpful. The worked solid through the whole day. They asked us before moving anything. We did not have any breakages in the whole lorry load of furniture, Glasses or pictures or china

Great service from initial contact in August until we eventually moved in February. Had full packing service which was excellent and took some of the stress of moving away from us. The move team finished packing early on the day of move and didn’t complain when it took until after 4pm to obtain keys to our new property. Unpacked vans very quickly and always asked where items should go if it was not immediately clear. Once we had moved in and emptied boxes they collected at agreed time. Would recommend to anyone

I used Stephens Removal to move me from Luton to Mansfield, they did a full pack up and removal, I must say from the initial phone call to the removal day this company were very professional, friendly and helpful and the removal guys had a good sense of humour. My experience with Stephens is that of praise. They were extremely accommodating with securing dates for us even though we had to move the dates several times. The team that moved us were very professional and did a fantastic job. We had a few casualties with a few items but the claim was settled quickly without any fuss.
