Used them for a bedroom carpet…..fantastic, last year ordered garden furniture……..took months to arrive……couple of months ago took up their offer of free blinds with carpet or vinyl fitting, chap came organised vinyl(came into house with no mask and didn’t adhere to social distancing), was in and out house in 10minutes. When we contacted them about blinds was told we should have organised it at time of booking. So we cancelled the fitting and now 8 weeks down the line they are still taking money out bank account, paid £200 and according to them we have to pay 80% because we cancelled. None of this is explained when booking. And customer services are so rude!!!!?
