totally unacceptable

we booked a fitment appointment, were not told it was an all day appointment, no booking slot given. Its totally unacceptable to be expected to be home and wait for your fitment which could be at the end of they day for all you know, what a waste of my time. This is really inconvenient.

Absolute first class service yesterday…

Absolute first class service yesterday when my dad's lino was fitted in bathroom and kitchen. Andy the fitter was so friendly and approachable. Dad could not praise him enough. Willing to move appliances himself and also tidied up after himself. Amazing work. Well done Andy u definitely deserve the praise

The 1st guy that came very professional, he was respectful of ourselves and our home taking Covid into account. He explained all we wanted to know and answered all aout question and did not rush our decission 10/10 The Fitters arrived at approximately 7.30am so they were up & out early as they came from Newcastle that morning so a 2 hour drive to us was a very early start, Thy started straight away we asked how long it would take we were told about 4 hours and they were correct it took them just under 4 hour and the worked none stop. Ther were both respectful and communicated with us very well. They did an excellent jobe job and my husband and I to say the least are over the moon with our new laminate flooring. This is a company I recommend to all of our friends also. I have telephoned them twice the were respectful friendly most important & professional

I don't even want to give 1 star right…

I don't even want to give 1 star right now! The most appalling service I have ever received. My payments were paid in full months back for my carpets but I had to contact them for a fitting appointment. The only line they're quick at answering is the payment one shockingly enough! Pfffft! The 1st date they gave me was the 1st July. I moved all of my furniture out of the lounge and waited in all day. By 7pm I guessed nothing was happening that day. Phone lines were closed so I emailed them. They asked if the fitter had contacted me. He hadn't. The email then said wait 24-48 hours for a response! I think not I rang the next day yep on the payment line to get the most unsympathetic person ever made to tell me they'll rebook it for the 10th! Yep that's today! And guess what? Yep it's 19.45, no show, a load of emails sent yet again then when I say at 19.00 please contact the fitter I soon received a message telling me he's stuck in London and has been all day. If he's that stuck in traffic I'm sure he had time to send a message. Oh so now I'm supposedly having to wait until Monday now for yet another date to just more then likely be disappointed again. The stress this has caused me is unbelievable and completely unacceptable! £970 is a hell of a lot of money for me to pay out. How can a company be run like this?. Oh and I've seen my pay weekly responses to these complaints so let's wait for the usual copy and paste message to be used. Whatever you do, read the reviews first I really wished I did.

Excellent service. Lovely quality flooring material and blinds. Would be nice though if they also offered door trimming service

The most awful company I have ever…

The most awful company I have ever dealt with in my life by a million miles.... Had vinyl flooring installed early November 2020, when the rudest, loudest fitters turned up arguing and swearing around my pregnant partner..3 fitters to fit a bit of vinyl..., since then we have had it refitted 4 times as each time they have sent cowboy fitter around, its been cut short...its been layed ripped, its been layed without doorplates as the fitter didn't have any...he promised to comeback but as we knew already, never did. This last time we thought it had gone smoothly until we removed the sticker to one of the doorplates to reveal they were different and not even the correct ones for carpet meeting vinyl (the carpet fitters told us they were all matching but had bombed off before we even had a chance to take the sticker off). I am warning you please save your self hell....you may get lucky and get a decent fitter but it's not worth that chance. Four different fitting and still not sorted after 8 months....after the second mess up I just wanted a refund but they will not and just keep sending cowboys round. Youve been warned...steer clear for your own sanity! As to mypayweeklys reply this is simply not true. We had 3 door trims installed. Yes one was vinyl to vinyl 2 more were carpet to vinyl. A sticker was left on one of the door trims purposely to disguise the fact it was a completely different door trim..even a different colour. I would bet my life you only have photos of 2 door trims. Even still your fitters have not installed the correct door trims for vinyl meeting carpet. Absolutely dishonest company with shifty dishonest fitters. I didn't complain for 8 months because I simply don't do that but this company would drive anyone insane. I will now go to an ombudsman to see what can be done. Trust me...steer clear.

Fitters came out fitted sitting room…

Fitters came out fitted sitting room carpet. Excellent work no wasting time just got on with it. Love my sitting room closet and warm thank you to all involved.
