Ripped me of for a bed and never received it banks trying sort it out for me now

been paying this company for months and no sofa has arrived, tried contacting the company to get my money back with no luck, tried emailing, tried phoning, nothing...robbing bar-stewards is what these people are

This company is officially going into liquidation on 25th Jan 2022, I've been paying since Nov 2020 for a corna sofa, haven't received my goods, after trying on numerous occasions to contact them I've gone to my bank and raised a dispute, I have had £130 back whilst I was on the phone to my bank, I'll hopefully get the rest back now I've sent proof etc, go through your banks to raise a dispute against the company most banks are offering to help.

So quick to try and get money off you but won't refund other customers. I suffered my 4th miscarriage 2 weeks ago and nearly died of a haemorrhage as a result. I'm not at work just now and don't have the money to make my payment so it's going to a debt collection company. No empathy whatsoever. You crack on. The last thing I'm thinking about is making a payment to you robbing b**tards. You'll get it when I give you it and I certainly hope the girl that spoke down to me doesnt ever have to suffer the way I've suffered.

Awful company I ordered a sofa last year they have taken over 400 of my money and have now gone into liquidation. I have not received my sofa and there is no way in contacting them. I've seen they have sent automated reply to people's reviews on trust pilot advising people to still continue to pay if they have an agreemant. What about the part of the agreemant where we receive our product we are paying for. I won't be continuing payments for Something I have not received. (Robbing c**ts)

I ordered a sofa bed for my son as I live in a bungalow as I'm disabled, I have mobility issues . This was as far back as may 2021 , they advised that there was a delay at the manufacturers due to covid . I was told I would have it by December and still not got what I ordered , they have £320 of my disability benefit money . I contacted my local MP but don't hold out much hope . I do have a mobile number but got no reply on that and just got a generic reply in emails . They say they've not gone bust or in receivership but they also said I would know more in a few days that was 6 weeks ago . I hope everyone has a successful resolution as there's a lot of upset and pain here .

Absolute joke! No email to say they were experiencing problems! They have £510 of my money and there is absolutely no way of contacting them! Trust Pilot please tell these jokers that alot of people are owed alot of money!

Ordered flooring to match the rest of my floor back in September. They said in November it would fitted the first week of December, still waiting. How do we get our money back if they have gone bust? Furious! Did they have an office?

I had My Pay Weekly but had to cancel because I needed a new washing machine. I was meant to lose £60 for cancelling my order and get a refund for £120. They told me I'd be refunded within 28-30 days. 5 months later and I've not had a penny from them. Downright thief's. DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY KNOWN AS - MY PAY WEEKLY.

Can I ask were people with my pay weekly online though the app , as there’s another My pay weekly which is still active an did have the same company director for both company’s
