They tried to offer me a rescheduled day, but the asbestos survey hadn't been done yet. When the installation day came they couldn't enlarge the hatch for the loft ladder because the a cable hadn't been noticed on the initial survey, which required an electrican to deal with. As such I spent a lot of time waiting around for an electrician, and then another person to come and enlarge the hatch and install the ladder. This meant that everything was a bit disjointed as the second fitter didn't know what the first one had completed...

Amazing Lofts did a fantastic job creating an additional storage space in our loft which we are very grateful for. Our installer Craig was polite and professional throughout. Highly recommended

We had a great experience with Amazing Lofts. They came out quickly to review my existing hatch and provided a quote for both hatch and ladder during the visit. They managed to book me in within 3 weeks. The job was carried out by Craig, who made sure I was happy with installation before finishing. Everything went very smoothly and would be happy to use the company again.

10/10 service and reasonable cost. A guy came to quote (whose name I have forgotten) and he knew his stuff, was honest and up front about costs and didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary stuff. Then Shane and Oscar came to do the work and they were professional, polite, efficient and the standard of their work was very high. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.
